Instead of relying on screen colors, we utilize the globally recognized PANTONE® Textile system. We highly recommend providing TCX (Cotton Passport) codes rather than TPG (Paper) codes, ensuring the most accurate color reproduction directly on the fabric.
2. Standardized Light Box Inspection (D65)
Color perception changes under different lighting. To eliminate visual discrepancies, our QC team evaluates all dyed lab dips inside international standard color assessment cabinets. We strictly use the D65 daylight source (and TL84 upon request) to guarantee color consistency from our factory floor to your retail shelves.
3. Premium Dyes & Transparent Costing
We provide tailored dyeing solutions with transparent costing based on color depth: Bleached, Light, Medium, and Dark shades. For deep, rich tones (classified as Pantone 16 and above, such as vibrant reds or royal blues), we exclusively use high-colorfastness imported dyes to prevent fading and bleeding during commercial laundering.
